When will the products I order be delivered to my event?īecause our trucks make many stops during the day, our delivery schedule is made in advance. The pick-up and delivery fee is based on the size of the order, the distance we travel to your event, and any out-of-the-ordinary requests. What does RSVP charge for pick-up and delivery?

We always do our best to accommodate your needs. Additions to your order are always welcome, subject to availability. In some cases, certain items may be specially ordered just for your event, and require a two-week advanced notice to cancel. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.Ĭan I make changes to the rental products I order?Ĭhanges should be made 72 hours prior to your event. Other payments can be accepted upon return. Credit or debit cards are required to rent items.

An advanced payment on the reservation ensures the items you choose will be held for you for your specified date. We do charge for the entire time the products are rented, whether the equipment is used or not. Beyond this, additional charges are applied.
